Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Russ’ responsibilities include creating and implementing cohesive marketing plans designed to promote the products and services offered by 3 Mark and our carriers/partners, producing and distributing marketing collateral across multiple product and service offerings, communicating product and service offerings to existing and prospective distribution, partnering with insurance carrier partners in developing and delivering on their value proposition, tracking and reporting marketing activities and results, and handling questions from our distributors relating to products and services. In addition, Russ manages a team of sales and marketing professionals.

With over 20 years’ experience in marketing and financial services, Russ has the background and experience to spearhead complex national and regional marketing campaigns, create and maintain product and services collateral, and partner with field management and financial professionals to build field training materials.

Prior to joining 3 Mark, Russ developed and implemented B-to-B and B-to-C strategies for a large international insurance carrier. Russ also led the organization’s regulatory initiatives from a marketing standpoint and directed their marketing operations and technology stack.

Russ received a B.A. in Communications from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo, and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.
