As CFO, Betsy is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax and long-range planning. Her focus is on the day-to-day operations of 3 Mark, including the supervision of the contracting and licensing department and the commissions department. Ensuring that agents and affiliates are properly licensed and paid is one of her main goals. Betsy serves on 3 Mark’s board of directors and is a member of TSCPA, FINRA and is a licensed securities principal. Prior to joining 3 Mark, Betsy served as a Senior Manager in the Audit Division of both Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
