Sandra Hernandez serves as 2nd Vice President of New Business & Underwriting at 3 Mark Financial, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry. Her career progression since joining 3 Mark Financial in 2005 reflects her dedication, industry knowledge, and commitment to both her profession and the company’s continued success.

Sandra is committed to developing strong teams, creating structure and consistency, and continually improving New Business & Underwriting operations. She works closely with her team and industry partners taking pride in building lasting relationships, supporting her team’s success, and helping deliver the level of service that 3 Mark Financial is known for.

Outside of the office, Sandra is a born-and-raised, proud Texan who loves spending time with her husband, David, their son, David, and their beloved pup, Max. Whether traveling, enjoying a good movie, or making memories together, family is at the heart of everything she does. She is also passionate about volunteering and supporting her son’s involvement in high school band, serving on the Booster Executive Board.
